We are building a new concept of accommodation designed to meet the needs of today's traveller.

We began our journey in Barcelona in 2006, and we currently manage twenty-two buildings in Barcelona, two in Madrid, and three in Porto. We have plans to expand our portfolio in the next five years to include Sevilla, Málaga, Lisbon, and Bilbao.

We conduct market research to find entire buildings with tourist licences and, in collaboration with the owner, transform them into well-designed tourist apartments.

Planning and design

Together with our team of interior designers and suppliers, we establish design standards and furnish the apartments based on our expert knowledge.

Management

We comprehensively manage the buildings, from customer registration to cleaning, which allows us to ensure high quality standards and personalise the customer experience.

Marketing

Our accommodation proposal allows us to provide more flexibility to our customers and adapt to their needs by offering apartment rentals for days, weeks, or months.
