  • To search and book an apartment, simply visit our website. Once you’re on our website, you’ll find a search area.
  • Enter the desired city or building where you wish to stay. 
  • Choose your check-in and check-out date and indicate the number of guests who will be staying in the apartment. Then, click on the ‘’search’’ button. 
  • A list of apartments that match your criteria will be displayed. 
  • You can also use the ‘’show filters’’ option to refine your search and select specific preferences.
  • Choose the apartment you like, and double-check that all the information is correct. Click on the ‘’book’’ button and follow the steps to complete the payment. 

 

If you have booked through travel agents or third-party platforms: 

If you have booked your accommodation through travel agents or third-party platforms (such as Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, Hotelbed, etc.), please contact the provider directly for information regarding their policies and to receive additional assistance. 

No-show reservations:

ccording to our policy, if you don’t contact us or the third parties you booked through (travel agencies, OTAS…), and you fail to check in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Once you have provided your personal information and payment details (depending on the chosen rate), we will verify the information you’ve provided and proceed to charge the corresponding amount to your credit card. Following that, we will send you a complete booking confirmation with all the relevant details.

Through our app, you will be able to manage traveller registration prior to arrival, upload necessary documents for check-in, make payments, choose your arrival time, receive arrival instructions and digital access to the apartments. Additionally, you’ll have access to a guidebook featuring city recommendations and a manual for appliance usage. Moreover, there’s a chat function available during office hours where we can assist with any questions or concerns you may have.  

The entire check-in, arrival, key delivery/digital codes process is handled through our app, including payments. The payment process may vary slightly depending on the rate you selected when making a direct booking on our website. 

  • If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, you will need to make the full payment at the end of the checkout process.
  • If you have chosen a free cancellation rate, you will receive a payment link before receiving the arrival instructions.

You can pay using a credit or debit card, or through PayPal.

You can pay the prepaid amount in euros, US dollars, or British pounds. However, please note that the remaining rental amount must be made in cash in Euros.

Absolutely. We have implemented a secure payment system that processes credit/debit card data through an external banking server. 

To cancel a booking, please contact us directly.

Refunds for cancellations depend on the chosen rate. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on refund policies. 

The tourist tax was introduced by the Government of Catalonia on 1 November 2012. It is not included in the final price of the booking and must be paid upon arrival.

For tourist accommodation in Barcelona, the charge is €6.05 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the tax.

In the hotels we manage in Barcelona, the charge is €4,68.

In Porto, the tourist tax is €2.00 per guest per night with a maximum charge of seven nights. Children aged 13 and under are exempt from the tax.

Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information. Seven days before your arrival, you will receive another email with a link to complete the pre-registration process. This link will give you access to your Guest Area, where you must provide the necessary information for your stay (passport or ID card, date of birth, etc.) and make the corresponding payment.

Once this is done, we will ‘’release’’ the keys to your apartment, and you will receive personalized instructions on how to access it based on the specific apartment you have booked.

Unless otherwise specified in your booking information, our check-in time starts at 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM.

Each of our buildings is unique, and our apartments have been designed with the characteristics and layout of each building in mind. On the individual page of each apartment, you will find detailed information about its amenities.

The standard equipment of our apartments consists of modern appliances, considering the apartment layout. You will also find air conditioning, an iron, kitchenware, a TV and fast wi-fi, as well as towels and bed linen for your convenience.

Our apartments are equipped with hand soap, shower gel & shampoo dispensers, a hairdryer, toilet paper, and a kitchen cleaning kit that includes dishwasher and laundry detergent tablets, among others, as well as a welcome kit with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. We provide everything you need to keep both yourself and the apartment clean and fresh. 

While we love all kinds of pets, whether they have fur, feathers, scales, or fins, we kindly request that you don't bring them to our apartments. This policy ensures a comfortable and hygienic environment for all our guests.

Well, accidents can happen to anyone!  If you happen to break something during your stay, just let us know, and we’ll assist you in determining any necessary repairs or additional costs.

If you’re arriving by car, there are plenty of parking options available in the city. You’ll find information on the closest parking facilities to your buildings in our app’s Guidebook. Alternatively, feel free to email us before your arrival, and we’ll provide you with details about the available parking options near your accommodation. 

If you need to store your luggage outside of the designated rental hours for your apartment, don’t worry! Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We can give you information about nearby luggage storage facilities or provide instructions on how to safely store your bags in the building if there’s space available. You will also find this information in our app’s Guidebook.

Yes, the final price includes a cleaning fee. Our apartments are cleaned before and after guests’ arrival and departure. Despite this service, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment, disposing of any waste generated, and returning it in reasonably clean and tidy condition. 

If your stay is longer than 7 days, it also includes a mid-stay cleaning service, which comprises a change of bed linen and towels.

If you require any additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it for an extra fee and subject to availability.

Barcelona is a beautiful and vibrant city, one of the most visited places in the world. In general, it is considered a safe place. However, there has been an increase in the number of pickpockets and thefts (including luggage, bags, wallets, laptops, etc…). so we highly recommend taking extra precautions with your belongings, particularly in crowded areas.

The electrical power supply in Spain is 220 volts, and the plugs have two prongs. If you need an adapter for your appliances, adapters of various models are available in most shops or hardware stores.

We hope your stay goes smoothly, but it's always important to be prepared. Upon your arrival, we will provide you with a 24-hour contact number for our staff who are available to assist you in case of certain emergencies.
