Its central location in the heart of the Eixample makes it perfect for enjoying the tranquility of a residential area, while still being able to explore the city on foot and see all of Barcelona's famous landmarks.

Please note:

7 days before your arrival you will receive an email with a link to complete the self-check-in process. Once completed, you will receive instructions on how to access your flat.
Tourist tax: Not included in the total price of the booking. The charge is €6.05 per guest per night with a maximum charge of seven nights. Children 13 years and under are exempt from the tax.
Cleaning: Included at the end of the stay. Bookings of more than 7 nights also include a mid-stay cleaning. Additional cleaning is extra and on request.
Deposit: 100€.

Rates:

Flexible cancellation fee: The total price of your booking will be charged 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival date, there will be no additional charge. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show will result in your credit card being charged 100% of the total price of your stay.

Non-refundable rate: Non-refundable rates do not allow for modification or cancellation. The charge is made in advance at the time of booking.
