Our apartments are spread across four adjoining buildings and feature the decorative elements that characterize Barcelona's traditional modernist style. They also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and modern appliances for our guests. Make yourself at home with your own bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, enjoying a comfortable and complete stay in the heart of the city.

7 days before your arrival you will receive an email with a link to complete the self-check-in process. Once completed, you will receive instructions on how to access your flat.
Tourist tax: Not included in the total price of the booking. The charge is €6.05 per guest per night with a maximum charge of seven nights. Children 13 years and under are exempt from the tax.
Cleaning: Included at the end of the stay. Bookings of more than 7 nights also include a mid-stay cleaning. Additional cleaning is extra and on request.
Deposit: 100€.
The flats are spread over four adjoining buildings.

Rates:

Flexible cancellation fee: The total price of your booking will be charged 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival date, there will be no additional charge. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show will result in your credit card being charged 100% of the total price of your stay.

Non-refundable rate: Non-refundable rates do not allow for modification or cancellation. The charge is made in advance at the time of booking.
